Directors
Paul Hutchens

Chief Executive Officer

A Law graduate, Paul enjoyed a career in senior sales and marketing roles for technology based companies for thirteen years before setting up his own distribution business, which he sold in 2006 to concentrate on Eco2Solar.

A specialist in business strategy, Paul ensures that Eco2Solar is able to offer the best  technologies available to our clients.

Ryan Mee

Sales Director

Ryan came to Eco2Solar with many years of experience in sales, marketing and customer care in a variety of industries. Ryan has a passion for the environment and is determined to make renewable energy the future for British homes.

Ryan is responsible for the entire sales team and for opening up new accounts for Eco2Solar.

Lee Chadwick

Operations Director

Lee heads up the all important operations and logistics of ensuring that all installations run smoothly. Lee has over 8 years of experience of working in the solar industry and has run his own solar company. Lee is also a qualified solar PV fitter and electrician

Keith Dixon

Non-Executive Director

Keith is an experienced independent non-executive director with thirteen years’ experience in both the private and public sectors. His role is to support Eco2 Solar in the areas of performance and strategy. Prior to his non-executive roles, Keith was Managing Director of Triton Showers.

Steve Berg FCMA

Non-Executive Director

Steve is a Strategic Finance specialist with extensive experience as a CEO and a CFO, including leading a listing on the London Stock Exchange.

Steve will advise & support the management team with growth and value creation.

 

Regional Managers
John Conway

Country Manager, 

Scotland

John has overall responsibility for servicing our largest clients in Scotland and for the successful delivery of the Scotland division of Eco2Solar Ltd. 



With over 100 new build developments live in Scotland and with national agreements with Barratt, Muir, Persimmon Stewart Milne, and Taylor Wimpey his attention to detail is second to none.

Andrew Smith

Regional Manager, 

North of England

Andrew has been with the company for over 6 years and is one of our most technically gifted National Account Managers. From his home in the Wirral,  Andrew covers the North West and North East of England.

Andrew graduated University with a Geography BSc in 2010 and has a keen interest in the environment and energy. Andrew is also a big Blackburn Rovers fan – but we can’t blame him for that.

Zowie Moulden

Regional Manager, 

Midlands and South West

Zowie joined the team in 2017 and was quickly promoted to Regional Manager due to her drive, determination and the fantastic relationships that she formed with her customers.

Zowie covers the Midlands and South West of England and absolutely loves her two dogs who she rescued after seeing them on a holiday abroad!





Douglas Cameron

Regional Sale Manager, Scotland

Douglas has been in construction related sales since 2005 and following a recent stint working in California he returned to Scotland and joined the Eco2Solar family. Douglas is looking after a mixture of Tier 1, 2 & 3 clients across Ayrshire, the Central belt and the North East/West.

Douglas has a great personality and is a great team player, fanatical about Ayr United FC and loves walking the dog on the beach at Troon and watching all types of sports.

John Irons

Regional Sales Manager, Scotland

John has been in the renewables industry for 5 years and worked for two significant companies within the renewables industry as a Business Development Manager.  We are delighted that John has joined Eco2Solar during this time of major expansion in Scotland.

John has lived and worked in the USA and Jersey, he has a fantastic character and tremendous team player. He is passionate about golf, football and tennis. Never a dull moment with John, his stories and life experiences are fabulous.

Bethany Marshall

Regional Manager,  South of England

Bethany joined the team in 2018 having accrued a vast amount of experience progressing through the ranks to hold senior positions at Travis Perkins and Jewson. Bethany’s values, passion and enthusiasm stood out a mile and we agree with her statement that anybody who meets her will never forget her!

Bethany covers London and the South East of England from her home in Northampton and has a young daughter. She is hugely driven, motivated and wants to help make a difference for her customers and colleagues.

Business Development
Jacob McCathie

Business Development Manager

Jake joined Eco2Solar Ltd having worked in the finance and investment industry for a number of years, helping to add value to investors with various fund management proposals.

Jake is responsible for helping to provide a “best fit” solution for new build developers and has a huge passion for cars – particularly his BWM.

He has a twin brother and loves keeping fit and going to the gym.

Nicholas Harris

Business Development Manager

Nick is the UK’s youngest councillor, having been elected as his party’s candidate for Bewdley and Rock in 2018.

Nick joined the team as an apprentice and has since progressed to be an excellent Business Development Manager, following our personal development plan through the sales support team.

He loves baking and regularly brings his famous chocolate brownies in to be quickly devoured by the team at work, and is passionate about his work to help his local community.

 

Sales Support Team
Zoe Hall

Sales Support Manager

Zoe  is responsible for funnelling and controlling all activity within the sales team. Zoe ensures that our support team maintain our high standards and oversees the efficient and effective delivery of our quotations, contracts and distribution of the enquiries from our new build developers. Zoe was a trained Chef and has a great background in hospitality, so always has our customers best interests at heart.

Karen Griffin

Sales Support – Scotland

Originally from Georgia, USA – Karen joined the Sales Support Team in 2018 to assist the Scottish team with their enquiries.

Having taken out time to raise her family of 4 children, Karen wanted to enter back into full time employment with a company that could help her develop and grow.

Karen has a keen interest in genealogy and is an avid researcher of family history. With family links dating back to Scotland and Ireland, it was a no brainer to ask Karen to help support the Scottish division!

Charlie Hinton

Sales Support – England
Charlie joined the sales support team having applied for the position internally whilst working on our reception.

Always looking to help others and offering a friendly and positive attitude, Charlie is responsible for helping to support our Regional Managers and customers in England.

Administation
Gail Lobb

Administation manager

Gail is responsible for the admin activities of the organisation. She is also a highly experienced office manager who oversees all administration and certification including MCS, CHAS and ISO14001
