There is also a back-to-back parts and labour warranty in line with the housing developer’s warranty.
To register your warranty, please refer to your information pack for your web link and password.
Enter that link into your browser, use the password and complete the form.
You will need to enter the following details:
1) The developer you purchased your new home with
2) The development/site name
3) The plot number or house number that you purchased
4) Your name, postal address and contact number.
You will then get email confirmation of your registration.
