Eco2Solar make great progress in Lancashire

Eco2Solar are working on, not one, but three projects on a site in Leyland, Lancashire. Known locally as Clayton-Le-Woods, the site is divided up between 3 contractors.

David Wilson Homes have Cuerden Heights where Eco2Solar are installing solar panels on 144 houses with all black panel systems integrated into the roof,  to look attractive with the grey Grampian tiles.

Taylor Wimpey have Rowan Manor which is 150 Houses and the Barratts site is called Cottam – 104 houses.

The site totals a whopping half a megawatt; 1,800 solar panels reducing CO2 by 200 tonnes per annum; equivalent to driving a car around the planet 24 times!
