Eco2Solar Support Barnardo’s Corporate Fundraiser

Eco2Solar proudly supported Barnardo’s major corporate football tournament last week, in Birmingham. The 7-a-side event was the perfect opportunity for all of Barnardo’s major donors to put their football skills to the test for the afternoon and make money for a fantastic local cause.

The event, which took place at the academy site which construction company BAM Construction manage, allowed Barnardo’s to raise money with their corporate partners through an entertaining afternoon of football fun. The event was well attended by over 10 major local companies including Jewson, L Lynch and Quality Solicitors.

Eco2Solar were pleased to support the events worthy cause, alongside getting involved with an excellent afternoon of team building and charity awareness.

Barnardo’s Corporate Relationship Executive, Mary-Ann Todd organised the event; “The Barnardo’s 7-a-side Football Cup was a huge success with 16 teams taking part, raising a fantastic £3800 for Barnardo’s!  A special thanks to Eco2Solar for sponsoring the event and providing prizes for the Crossbar Challenge.  It’s great to have the support of local businesses like Eco2Solar who have been integral to the success of the event and raising vital funds to support our work with vulnerable children and young people in the UK”.
