I joined Eco2Solar back in 2020 following redundancy during the pandemic, as a Sales Support Executive within the Customer Service department. This team is split to support the progression and development of current sales enquiries and also the aftercare of existing or completed projects.
Over time, my role developed hugely, largely due to the incredibly supportive culture within the business I was able to take on additional projects and have more impact, allowing me to be much more than just a cog in the wheel.
As the business grew, the development continued, I progressed to a Senior Sales Support role and I was able to spend more time developing and evolving our internal processes and systems, to ensure as the growth continued, so did our capabilities. I used my own interests and experiences to my advantage to work on our new ERP systems and quoting tools.
In November 2022, I was promoted to lead the Sales Support team, becoming the Sales Support Manager. The purpose of this role is to be a point of cohesion between my team and the other departments, while always looking for ways to work more innovatively, and creatively, in this constantly growing sector.
Throughout my career I have worked for a range of companies in a range of roles, however the support I have been given at Eco2Solar is second to none. The opportunities I have been offered mean I am now capable of things I had never considered or even thought possible. Again, it's the network of support that Eco2Solar provide which has really helped me reach my potential as a person, and is a testament of our leadership's hard work, and trust in their team.
The team here really is a key factor in my own success at Eco2Solar and as we keep growing with the right people coming aboard, I can't wait to see what the future brings!
