I joined Eco2solar, as a receptionist in October 2018 having been a dental nurse for the previous 15 years and then moved to the Sales Support Team in February 2019, supporting the sales team with enquires. In August 2020 there was an opportunity to get involved with the development of the Customer Service area of the business, to ensure we were offering a high standard of aftercare to our developers. Following a period of growth and development within the department, I was promoted to Senior Customer Service Executive in May 2022 and then 6 months later Customer Service Manager.
The core Eco2Solar values are built into our every day and have created an atmosphere that is really progressive and friendly, with commitment, dedication and positivity being rewarded. People’s values are as important as their skills set. I love how approachable everyone is, including the directors, and how important teamwork is. This environment has enabled me to develop quickly and make significant progress in achieving my goals over a relatively short period of time.
Since joining, I have gained skills in project management and technical support thanks to the training offered. Our in house installation and electrical training facilities are fantastic and also continually evolving to ensure as our products develop, and new technology joins our portfolio, we are equipped to support our customers. If someone had told me back in 2018 that I would be excited learning the intricate details of how Inverters work, I definitely wouldn’t have believed them!
There are lots of exciting changes within the solar industry right now, and I am excited to be part of it with Eco2solar.
